If you are not completely satisfied with any unused item, simply return
it within 30 days for a replacement or a refund, whichever you prefer.
Returned merchandise must be returned according to instructions on your
invoice, and our Return Policy,
including all original packaging, paperwork, and properly packed to
avoid damage. If the mistake was ours we will refund normal ground
shipping charges.
Credits or exchanges cannot be issued for improperly packed items. Items
that are returned damaged or incomplete may be subject to a 10%
restocking fee.
